The negative reviews don’t lie. They hold meetings and ask their staff to leave positive reviews. Recently workers got caught making out in a residents room while she was in bed sleeping and they were not fired. Workers are often heard yelling on the memory care side of the building and left wet/in their feces for the next shift to deal with. This is not a good place to work or live. They don’t care about their staff and the staff takes that out by how they preform their jobs.
Attention: Having EMPLOYEES write 5 star reviews is NOT what Google reviews are for. People who have used this company are what the public is looking for in terms of reviews. If you want to review your employment experience, that's what Glassdoor is for. It's pretty obvious there was either a threat or an incentive for employees to come on here and write positive reviews.
This is a beautiful facility centrally located in Alliance, Ohio. They have recently changed owners, but the new company is amazing and client focused. They put residents first and go above and beyond for residents, families and employees. The facility is beautiful, the food is divine. I look forward to many years with the residents at Stone Creek.
Not a good place to take your family unless you don’t want the chance to say goodbye. We were alerted after family passed, instead of being told that they were declining to begin with. Shame.
