From the outside, the Waldheim seems to be a normal and good institution... you also hear a lot of good things... but if you want to do your training there, don't do it! The students are treated like dirt and do almost the same work as the professionals. Some of them are planned on your own and you are told that as a student you have to arrange for professional supervision yourself. People blaspheme when you do something wrong instead of showing how it works correctly. There isn't even a thank you. And then you wonder why so few students want to start there!! You won't be taken seriously if you talk about what's bothering you. And it's not just me, other students too. I advise you to do your training somewhere else. Stay away from Waldheim!
My sister has lived here for over 40 years. I can't imagine a better facility and care for her. Everyone looks after the disabled with love and commitment. I would bring my sister here any time if she wasn't there already. I haven't experienced anything negative in all these years. The facility and its employees are simply good.
A great facility. I'm still grateful that we found a place for our daughter there. We have a lot to thank the supervisors there, who really do a great job and beyond. You are great.
I always went to the Waldheim Foundation in Cluvenhagen where there was a summer party where my dad grilled the bratwurst. I really liked it and how you deal with the residents with a lot of patience and friendliness I think is really great and what you have done for the residents so that they can feel comfortable I can only give it 1000 thumbs up, keep it up 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 you're doing great work
