Don't rent anything from this housing association. I've been in misery for two years. Almost overstressed from this. They blame it all on me, they don't do any research. As a tenant you don't count. Our house is completely flooded due to a leak in the attic. The first floor is completely under water. When I call IJsselland they don't answer as usual, I dial 1 for emergency repair and they don't answer, after trying 7 times I gave up. But I do have to pay monthly service charges! What a shitty service!
Excellent residential service. Checks and reports when something is wrong, but does it in a neat manner and works with you to find a solution. Repairs are carried out quickly and they outsource neatly and see what is possible in both agendas. If a window is broken, they first come and have a look, fortunately only outside there is a crack, but then they act fairly quickly and again it is not on either agenda that they are suddenly peeking into your bedroom from outside. Just throw away the rubbish, throw away the brochures, butts, etc. on the floor of the hall and leave bicycles everywhere, that should certainly be enforced more strictly
Today, May 26, a paving contractor came to me and expertly laid the tiles to the front door nice and smooth again, thank you very much for the smooth solution, I thought it was worth a compliment!!
Unfortunately I'm not that satisfied. Very difficult to reach and difficult to schedule a maintenance appointment. The houses themselves are beautiful, but the service is less so
