My grandmother came here with mild dementia. She was locked in her room in the wrong department. When I came to visit every day, I found her naked on the bed (while she had been waiting 4 hours for care to dress her and get her out of bed) and without even 1 bite of food or 1 sip of drink. to have received. I then went to the nurse to report this, the answer I received was that she was “already one of the most difficult” and that she “just had to wait”, or while; she and I just had to keep our mouths shut, I then got angry and since then I wasn't allowed to come by anymore until I apologized to the caregivers. We took her out of here immediately and it still hurts me enormously when I think of all the other elderly people who were "helped" there. My grandmother has deteriorated enormously enormously here. Please never, ever leave your loved one here.

My mother recuperated here for a few weeks. Rehabilitation itself is ok, but not much physio, most of it you have to do yourself. Nursing is a joke, leaving everyone to their own devices. Take away her own medication and are supposedly put in a safe until she can go home again. On the day of discharge, her own medications are nowhere to be found. No explanation or apology either, too bad for you! And then the meals, no choice at all, this is what we eat today whether you like it or not! No consideration is given at all, not to allergies, religious beliefs or simply the fact that it is all reheated canned food. My dog gets even better food!!! If you have the choice to recuperate somewhere else, please do it!!
My wife received 'rehabilitation' here due to a broken hip. Well, 'rehabilitation'? 4 times a week maximum 25 minutes of physio. And then it also falls out due to a planning error on their part. If you then ask for a catch-up, you will be perceived as difficult and coercive. At the beginning of corona time, an entire choir came to practice cheerfully and cough at each other!!!! When I asked what the corona policy would entail, people looked as if it was thundering in Cologne. Reason for me to take my wife away quickly. There is no added value there.
Unfortunately very bad experience as a "rehabilitation center". My mother stayed here for two months. Half an hour of physio a few times a week and nothing more. Continue to wait, wait, wait. Transfer to home care also not arranged. Employees seem to be in good spirits, but the organization behind it is a poignant example of how things apparently work in healthcare.
They literally almost dehydrated my grandfather twice, as we found out ourselves. and they keep insisting that they didn't want to resuscitate him in the next attack, maybe you should have given him something to drink!!!!!!!!!
