They promise a lot but don't deliver. In addition, the organization is very people-unfriendly, they do not take you into account. I would also have my first conversation with a different person than I ultimately had, this was also not reported in advance. Furthermore, I had also been ill once, which would have been unacceptable. I also contacted Ronald Smit's manager about this and he threatened me that if I posted a bad review, I would respond with aspects that were incorrect. All in all, very poor organization with poor staff and agreements that are not kept!!
