Si "5 stars" is a lie, my aunt has been here since Sunday, March 1st, it has been a week, we have had to speak several times to ensure they administer the medication correctly, the place's cleanliness is inefficient, and the staff, from the nurses to the assistants, lacks humanity. We have requested to speak with a supervisor for a report, and to this day, we are still waiting. I don't understand how this place can be categorized as 5 stars, it is a farce.

The facility was cleaned on a regular basis, the air was fresh, and the nursing staff was friendly, responsive and competent. The doctors and nurse practitioners were also pleasant and competent. They also followed up on our requests. The physical therapy team was organized, friendly and competent.
My father was only there for just over a week, and we wanted a safe and comfortable place for him to receive Hospice care because home was not an option. I sat with my dad every day, and -- even there was really nothing the staff needed to do outside of hospice meds -- they checked in on us consistently -- always with a kind word and an offer of help. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely nice, and I enjoyed watching the staff interact with the patients that were receiving rehabilitation care. Again -- kindness and attentiveness. My family is so grateful for the support we received. I hope this review makes it easier for someone who is making a decision about where to place their loved one.
As an ex-employee, I must say that this is a great place to work as a rehab professional. Nursing staff and administration were always helpful. The activities dept is just amazing at how they treat the residents. I always appreciated the free ice cream they shared with us. Special shout out to the rehab director, Mr. J.P, and his team of therapists.
The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and actually very compassionate. Whenever I wasn't feeling well everyone was very thoughtful. Meri, Olga, and Max the nurses were my favorites. They were prompt, when you asked them to do something they got it done right then and there.
