Outstanding OT and PT services! I was fully prepared to transition from rehab to functioning daily at home without additional assistance in home with the exception of scheduled therapy for my broken arm and leg. Dietary dept. went above and beyond in modifying a vegetarian diet for me. Amber, Janel, Stanley, and other staff members whose names escape me now you are the heart of the agency and for your professionalism, dedication, and exceptional resident care I will always be grateful. I have been to two different medical rehabs a total of 4 times prior to coming here, I wish I had known about Sterling Care Riverside before!! Contrary to the other places, this facility is well lit and clean, the staff are quite pleasant and obviously like what they do and the rehab staff are fantastic!! They gently pushed me past all my convictions that I couldn’t do things and I am at a level of functioning I hadn’t thought possible!! This place is fantastic!!
Our 90 year father was admitted here for rehab after falling and breaking his neck. He was there for 16 days and did not receive one session of Physical Therapy because he was always too lethargic from being medicated. The call bells were never answered in timely manner. We had him transferred and hoping to receive better care and PT so he can eventually be discharged home.
Sterling Care Riverside does an excellent job caring for their patients . Whenever my wife Cleo has a need they quickly assess the situation and then they follow the steps to fulfill that need . They have professional staff members trained for just about every situation and if They don't they will not hesitate they seek outside professional help . They have wonderful staff members , Famine , Brandy , Amber , Vivian and many more . They are patient , kind , good communicators , they follow up on patients needs and put patients needs as a priority , and they have very good doctors. The facility is kept very clean . I thank the staff for taking such good care of Cleo's special needs . Reginald McCoy .
