I have two parents experiencing rehab at Sterling. While staying at a senior care rehab center is always difficult, the level of care at Sterling has been exceptional. They could probably use more staffing, but it’s managed well, and every concern we bring up is quickly addressed.

Sterling Care Bei Air has been a great help for my Mom. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very happy with this experience from rehab to now unfortunately full time care. I know Mom will be well taken care of. Thank you.
My experiences with my mother are very good. Sterling is very clean. There is a lot of people taking care of everybody in the. Rehab and the nursing home part. I am very happy with sterling. My mom will do good. She is happy
This facility has provided excellent care overall. The STAFF is attentive to residents needs and are most patient with residents. The physical and occupational therapy staff are truly Rehab oriented, in order to help us regain our abilit
As for the staff I would give them a 3-4 star as most of them were great! But as for the facility and its owners, they deserve a 1 star. This facility is COMPLETELY understaffed! My mother was there for 2 months dealing with a broken hip and she was constantly left, often times for hours, in a soiled bed!!! Nurses would be called for assistance to the bathroom and after 20-30 minutes would come in, turn off the the call button and say that they will be right back, only to return a few hours later. At one point my mother was so frustrated and embarrassed that she attempted to make it to the bathroom by herself, which resulted in another fall. When she arrived we asked for bed rails but this small request took nearly three weeks and a conversation with the Administrator to get accomplished. Also, she needed a plus sized bed pan... we finally bought one ourselves. Much the same was the case when it came to needing a wheelchair. Her TV and phone in the room rarely worked and her roommate (who had been there for several months) was quickly moved out to another room "for causing trouble by disclosing too much information to her roommate (my mother) and her family". Needless to say that that bed sat empty until my mother was released! When the hospital called Sterling to ask if they had a bed available they should have "Yes, but we do not have the staff to properly care for any additional patients at this time.". However, it appears that they were more concerned about revenue. I ultimately had to call the State and the owners of the facility in order to get anything done. Needless to say the upper brass at Sterling was glad to see my mother go as our family was much too involved in advocating for her proper, professional care. I am sad to say that we will NOT be choosing Sterling in the future for rehabilitative care!
