We feel so blessed that our Mother had the incredible opportunity to reside at Sterling Care Assisted Living. Every single staff member went above & beyond to make sure that our Mother was well taken care of, clean, comfortable & happy. Each of our family members, who came to visit her from out of town, were impressed by the warmth, patience & care of the staff members. They also appreciated the small number of residents because it created a more Heimishe (home-like) atmosphere. We truly feel that they enhanced the quality of her life & added to her longevity. Sterling Care is a truly special place. We are so grateful to Menachem and all of the incredible, devoted staff. When our father needed more care than we were able to provide at home, Sterling was there for him and for us. You can trust Sterling to care for your loved ones with compassion and attention. Sterling is not just kosher, it embodies chesed and yiddishkeit, it really feels like family.
Sterling Care Assisted Living should be awarded more than five stars. The directors and staff at this facility are competent, caring and kind.They go above and beyond to make sure the residents are engaged, safe, happy and healthy. An excellent choice for an individual in need of assisted living care.
Sterling was home for Mom, a'h, during the last years of her life. They treated her as part of the Sterling family; not only managing her care, but focusing on her emotional, spiritual, and religious needs. They increased her care as her needs increased, and facilitated medical and appointments as necessary, relieving much of the stress and burden on the family. They validated and supported a Jewish life, bringing together the residents for Shabbat meals, and for davening, etc. We have fond memories of those years, with the photos of the social events they conducted in-house. From music to arts-and-crafts, they worked to created an uplifting environment. Their senior staff was caring and involved. We are grateful for Sterling, and recommend it to others.
Sterling Care sets a standard for excellence that others should strive to achieve. Owned and operated by Evelyn, an RN, and Menachem, a Social Worker, they are simply the best. As a health care professional with many years of experience in nursing homes and assisted living facilities where I have seen it all, Sterling has given my mom the most loving care. You would be hard pressed to find comparable care in any facility. The entire nursing staff is, without doubt, the hardest working, most dedicated group. Meals are homemade and nutritious, and my mom has put on a little too much weight thanks to Evelyn's yummy desserts! The staff know all the residents and their needs, and even in the pandemic, have gone above and beyond to keep in touch with families. Thanks to Sterling Care, I can rest, knowing my mom is in the best hands. Shout out to the most phenomenal, dedicated and hardworking CNAs on the planet-Natilia, Kiki and Winsome-you are the best!
