My father has spent the last year and a half here because we could no longer care for him at home. Even though, of course, not everything can be perfect, everyone in the staff tried very hard to make his last few months as bearable as possible, even though the staff situation wasn't always easy. We were able to accommodate him in Dortmund with a clear conscience and would like to thank all employees for their commitment and service to and for him.
Finally a home in which the residents' wishes are taken into account and not all employees radiate a negative atmosphere. There should be more of that! Thumbs up!
Dear Stephanus team, thank you very much for the caring and friendly support during our 14-day short-term care in May. It was our first experience at home and we felt like we were in good hands. The employees treated us very understandingly and carefully and also responded to our needs.
Simply great 👍🏻 nice nurses and nurses👍🏻 I would always be happy to recommend the facility to others 😍despite Corona and cancellations, I saw that despite the stress of the employees, the seniors were always treated in a friendly manner 👍🏻 I actually felt really sorry for them 🥲that's why I want to I really like all the employees and service staff. Care assistants, social services and PDL thank you 👍🏻Many thanks also to the nice men who “unfortunately” always had to test me 👍🏻I JUST SAY THANK YOU 🙏
