Our mother is in the memory care unit and I can’t say enough positive things about this facility and staff. They are all kind and take great care of our mother. Nothing prepares you for having to take a wonderful loving parent to a nursing home, it is such a devastating feeling… however STLC admissions director and the entire staff have been wonderful. My mother’s father was also in this unit more than 20 years ago and it was amazing then as well!! 5 stars for sure!!

We have an elderly mother at Stanley in assisted living. She receives good and loving care. She was recently in the hospital and one of her nurse came by the hospital on her day off to check on her. Friends, that is dedication and love. Our loved one has made Stanley Total Living her home. We visit often and the nurses and activities director are fabulous. The only downside is the food. I sure wish nursing/assisted living homes could figure out a way to prepare food that is tasty. Other than the food, the dtaff has been great. She has been in assisted living for a bit over two years.
My loved one Jesse Alexander was in there. He passed away and he kept on saying can you get my wallet out my pocket but there was nothing in it. And one day I was there visiting my pawpaw and an elderly woman says GET ME PUT OF HERE AND TAKE ME HOME. I do miss my pawpaw also they tried to feed my pawpaw Lima beans and he kept pulling his head away and they would try to feed him. I love you pawpaw.
I previously wrote a very detailed account of what happened to my sister while she was a resident at this facility, but somehow that review was removed. So I'm going to just gloss over the highlights. My sister was a resident of this facility during the months of February through August of 2024. While at this facility, her health deteriorated. I was not happy with the lack of basic care from the staff at this facility. When we finally got her to a hospital, (after several months) her vitals and lab results were shocking…. even to the doctors. I won’t go into details because I don’t want this review to be removed. I’m pleading with you out there who may be considering putting your love one in here. Please, please do your research. I wish I could say more….
We just placed a love one. The people are amazing at what they do. They speak to the family like their own. Everyone that has worked with us and our loved one is definitely a caring and special person. Cant say enough good things!
