Our grandma/mom was staying here for short-term care for a few weeks, and we really only have good things to say. The staff was always friendly and tried to help. Whenever we went to visit you, we noticed that a nurse kept looking into the room and asking if everything was okay. The food was above average and very tasty according to our grandma/mom. There was a wide variety of food options, so there was something for everyone. The old people can make contacts here in the café or outside and have nice conversations, which of course makes their stay much more pleasant. The outdoor area is also relatively nice. You are surrounded by an old building with lots of greenery and trees. It was also relatively easy to park, as there were a few parking spaces available, which made it a little easier for us visitors. If it was really busy, you had to look for another parking space, but that just happens. All in all, we were really satisfied and can definitely recommend it if you need short-term care.

Unfortunately, I don't have the space to write everything here. I assumed from the positive reviews here that it was a good home. Unfortunately, that's not the case. To portray someone as a liar is the last resort. And when handing out coffee is more important It's like looking after the patient, you should train the staff again. I'm really sorry, but that was really unbelievable. We're happy that we made the decision to take our father out of the home again - residents who are still mobile and take care of themselves can seem to be in good hands there But if you are bedridden you should think carefully about it. A bell to call staff could be broken here for over a week and you don't take care of it even though you say so and the patient can scream at the top of his lungs for someone to come -- Sorry, it's really unbelievable what has happened here and the way in which all the incidents have been dealt with is just NAUGHTY and IGNORANT -
