We are very greatful to St Vincent's for the level of care they provided my grandmother while she entered respite for 2 months recovering from a fall at home. The staff at all levels were very loving and caring. A special thank you to Linh and Michelle who were very helpful throughout this process.we are hopeful that my grandmother does not need to return however if she does we will definitely be returning to St Vincent's.

Grandmother went it for respite care from hospital to there demintia center. was told we can't do all that care, even though inn a demintia ward. In the last week of her stay she had a fall which they did not tell us about, we found out from the hospital staff the bruise was from over a week. They where more concerned about getting her out then informing us we may need to go to hospital and she back in hospital for a very long stay.

My mother moved here and we are so happy with this place. The staff really care about the residents and I feel so relaxed knowing she is being looked after and is in such good hands. The facilities are amazing and the gardens are really uplifting. The only let down perhaps could be that my mother says the good is not to her liking.
My mother Elizabeth was in this facility. From the day she resided here the staff were amazing. As mum's health deteriated the staff treated her with respect and dignity. The care she received was outstanding. amazing. Meal choices were great. Socialising was not an issue either, residents and staff participate in activities. Highly recommended.
