Don't bother with this lot. Totally unsatisfactory effort and response to a frail aged local parishioner of over 40 years. How dare you not offer the slightest bit of help in her time of need. You should hang (your heads in shame)

This is a wonderful facility. From our very first contact, we were looked after. The food is great, the staff are fantastic, the resident activities are varied and it's like a hotel rather than residential aged care.
My father moved in to St Vincents Maroochydore on 9 November 2022. We were shown to his room where we were told the RN would be by to have a chat.we waited 5 hours before we went to look for someone. The shift had actually changed by now. Dad had been given no medication or food or water during this time. After he had been there for approx 4 days they went into lockdown due to covid. This was the most stressful transition into aged care for my 87 year old dad. From that day he has not really settle in. He wants to move somewhere else. I did talk with staff who told me they were quite short staffed. If these aged care facilities are so short staffed then perhaps they should not be worried about filling rooms and focus more on the care of the people who already live there.
They are amazing people. The attention they give to the residents is so complete with their best interest and dignity near the top of the list. The Palliative Care team are an amazing bunch of people, so caring, attentive and highly respectful of the resident and their family.
Highly recommended for your elderly loved ones , requiring care . Both of my parents were cared for in such a kind and respectful manner. Fantastic facility and amazing staff.
