We can not thank the staff at Pine Hill for all their support & kindness. When our dad Bob (the builder) passed away this morning. He passed peacefully & pain free thanks to the staff. We as a family surrounded him for five days, the staff told us their stories with Bob, they took such great care of us. Thank you to all the beautiful people 💙 We can’t recommend this aged care facility enough, please consider this facility for your loved one 💙

Support client during the evening. Friendly neighbours. Always reaching out to speak with others when meeting. Community outreach, hobbies, shopping on a monthly basis. Good environment and wildlife like the wallabies visiting ocassionally.
My family have been here for years and the care and kindness offered by the staff is exceptional. Great facilities and well kept grounds.
I would be happy knowing my parents are in here.
