This place was the reason why my mommom is where she is. In heaven. Spoke to a family nurse who worked there, they don’t medicate their patients, they aren’t suited for any kind of tubes or changing dressings. Telling patients to just piss in their diapers. My grandma would intentionally do stuff to be put back in the hospital instead of being there. This place needs to be shut down. As soon as I mentioned that my grandma was put in here A friend of mine looked at me and said “she’s gonna die in there” if they would’ve taken care of her the way they are supposed to, she would be thriving right now but instead they just let her rot in bed. This is a pathetic place and I will take the steps to make sure it’s checked out and shut down!!!!!!

This company consistently lets go of dedicated employees while retaining those who show little to no concern for the well-being of the residents. It’s clear that "resident-first" and "quality care" are not values truly upheld here. If this facility ends up being shut down, I can't say I’d feel sorry.
Staff is totally incompetent and uncaring. Starting with the doctor who is in charge. When confronted with an issue such as why my 94yr. old mother wasn't getting her scheduled pain meds he turned around and completely ignored her and walked away. The staff can be confrontational and insulting, not care for your loved one in times of need such as times when she needed to use the toilet in the middle of the night and rang for nurse to help her to the toilet due to being a fall hazard and was left in a completely soaked through diaper to a soaked bed in her own urine. They were instructed on arrival from U of P hospital that she was NOT to have a certain pain med and the tried to give it to her anyway dis regarding all instructions and if not for the fact that we literally stood by her so she wouldn't get the meds they were told to NOT give her. A certain nurse who we never were able to submit a formal complaint about because the person in charge of the nurses kept ignoring request for a complaint form. Then she caught covid in there and then was released mid covid infection. This is the worst physical rehab you can possibly admit a loved one or yourself into. Completely incompetent from top to bottom. I wouldn't put a pet in there let alone a 94yr. old mother into. Complete nightmare. Find another place and check it out we'll before admission of a loved one or yourself.
My husband was there for rehab he had cancer and swollen feet he had to eat mashed foods. Not only was it filthy they made him suffer because they never came in with his meds I had to go get the nurses who were rude and sitting in the patients dining area while 5 bells were ringing. They didn't have a compassionate bone in thier body I walked in when visiting started and I asked where my husband was. I ran back to the room he was on the floor on a filthy mat because they have no guardrails now I am freaking out because how does a man who can't move his legs or body fall on the floor I don't get an answer I ask the nurse for her name she said she wasn't giving it to me I said I can find out anyway. Now they wouldn't give me the incident report. The following day my husband is breaking very heavy they weren't coming in so I call the front desk and ask for the nurses station and when answered I said I had the light on for 25 minutes can you ease come in .they were still obnoxious and rude to me and negligent to him.I called at 640am to ask how he was and she says I gave him water and meds at 723 they call me at say your husband died. I'm hysterical and call everyone I got there in 3 minutes she says with the door closed we are getting him ready now by this time I'm about to pass out .getting him ready for what .I get in there he is in the bed with clean sheets clean pillow and a new blanket I the day before when he fell he had blood on everything they didn't change him and I couldn't lift him myself neither could his sister. But I got in the bed with him crying like a baby snd he was ice cold .I know how long it takes a body to get that cold at least 5 to 6 hours. he was there 6DAYS and thier negligence caused him to die in 6DAYS
Hello... I only give this place a 1star because I couldn't give it a ZERO!! The first time I came to visit my bestie it totally smelled like pissed everyone sitting at the nurses station congregating instead of doing their jobs 😕.this is by far the worst place I've visited. What I think that needs to be done is a new staff that's caring , loving what they do and not for the money. And needs a descent cleaning staff as well . After ALL it's about the patients. I DON'T THINK THE PATIENTS GET THE CARE THAT THEY NEED.!!
