My mom has been a resident of St Lukes for 2.5 years and we couldn't be happier with the facility. She has Alzheimer's which makes her care very difficult. They take great care of her, helping her eat, getting her out of bed because she can't do it herself, keeping her clean and fed, etc. People always have bad things to say about nursing homes, but I have to say St Lukes has been wonderful to us and my mom. Their new billing system is a bit of a train wreck but that has nothing to do with patient care. We took care of my mom for 6 years prior to her stay here and so we know just how difficult it is. Thanks to the St Luke staff for everything they do!

If I could give zero stars I would. Had a client here in "rehab" with a broken hip. She fell during the night, facility did not inform family. Nurse LAUGHED in families face when they requested an ambulance stating nothing was wrong (covered in deep bruises and distended stomach). Refused to release her but thank God for the ambulance driver going against protocol. Went in with a broken hip, left with a broken hip, broken tailbone, UTI, and congestive heart failure. In THREE days under their care! Absolutely disgusting, do not put your loved ones here.
Kayleen Piazza is apparently employed here. She was hired for $25/hr to help my bedridden Father once a week. She couldn’t be bothered to call or text to say she wasn’t going to show up. Meanwhile, I scrambled to find someone else as I was scheduled for work myself. Make sure you do your own research when people come “highly recommended.” This girl can’t be trusted to show up for a cash paying job. I wouldn’t trust her to take care of a loved one in a professional, caring matter, either.
I wouldn’t leave my worst enemy here. They won’t let residents use the restroom for the hour around mealtimes so too bad if they have to go, they have to hold it. The staff is rude, uncaring and neglectful. They also lie about things that happen when you aren’t visiting. Do not take anyone you care about there.
The Physical therapy and Occupational therapy department has excellent staff. They do exceptional work. I was a patient and was impressed with the compassion and care they show patients. They go the extra mile. They put in over 100 percent work. The department was friendly, caring and encouraging. I recommend them highly.
