The staff was so very professional and polite! Very clean and giving the best care to my aunt. Her health has improved and I'm so very satisfied by the care and the respect that the staff showed to our family while visiting ❤️
St. Francis nursing home that cares deeply for their residents. The employees work very hard to ensure that all of the Resident’s needs are met on a daily basis. They go above and beyond to ensure that each Resident feels at home. Each staff member plays a vital role and helping each of the residence become accommodated. The admissions director goes above and beyond to ensure each Resident feels welcomed and assures all the families of any concerns they may have.
I chose St Francis for my aunt because they have wound care. She is in a private room with plenty of light. There is no nursing home odor which was a concern. The staff are very friendly and attentive to my aunt. Physical therapy is also included in her care. My aunt is impressed because she gets compliments on her clothing and her flowers.
This place is horrible! I do not believe any of the recent posts praising this facility, they must have been paid for a fraudulent review. First day there, the cops where present because of a theft. My dad didn't want me to bring him anything because he saw the staff walking around looking in people's belongings in the middle of the night. The day before I took him out of there a patients family member was telling me her loved ones wallet was stolen in there. The facility is barely clean and most of the staff has terrible attitudes. When you voice your concern they show their dislike for bringing up how they should be caring for patients. I have plenty of pictures of a filthy facility and my father receiving bad care. I took him out of there! I have been leaving messages with a couple of different people for months and still have not received a return call. This facility needs new management, new staff and training from the top to the bottom.
