St. Elizabeth's Health and Rehab has truly impressed me with the level of care and dedication shown by their team. The nursing staff is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate—going above and beyond to ensure that residents feel comfortable and cared for. Communication with families is clear and consistent, which brings a great sense of peace and trust. The therapy department is also outstanding; they provide personalized treatment plans and work closely with residents to support real progress and recovery. It's evident that this facility is committed to providing excellent care and maintaining a warm, respectful environment. We look forward to the continued growth and successes, come be apart of something great!

My Mom is very happy there, she will be there 2 years in May, they have their challenges there with staffing, too many temp aides and nurses so that the staff and residents don't get to know each other well enough. I think that's important. The staff who have been there for awhile are all great and dedicated to their jobs and the residents, we appreciate them all! Food is usually good with a good variety! Also love that they are renovating the entire facility, much needed! Also she loves Praise and Worship🙏🎶 every Wednesday, and loves to sing every week with Marcel.
My sister and I made the difficult decision to move our father to a memory care unit as his dementia progressed and we could no longer provide the care he needed. This choice was especially tough since our mother had just passed away a few months earlier. My first impression of Saint Elizabeth’s is the friendly staff at the front desk. Whether I visit in the morning, noon, evening, or on weekends, the front desk staff is always warm and welcoming. Lisa always greets me by name when I enter the building. I also want to acknowledge the compassion of the nurses and staff in Noah’s unit. It took our father some time to adjust, but the staff has been incredibly supportive in helping him acclimate. He has his challenges, but the staff ensures that he eats and both he and his room are kept clean. I want to give a special shout-out to Mr. Rick Josey, who has taken it upon himself to come from another unit to assist the female staff with cleaning, bathing and caring for my father. Rick treats my father with the utmost respect. My sister and I really appreciate that. Another shout-out goes to the weekend staff, Amy and Ty, who take excellent care of my father. Overall, the staff has been great to my father, and my sister and I find peace of mind knowing he is being well cared for at Saint Elizabeth Rehab and Nursing Center.
This is my 3rd time I've been admitted to St. Elizabeth nursing and rehabilitation center and I have to say I really enjoyed my stay! The GNA'S, Nursing staff, and dietary staff have been fabulous! Thank you St. Elizabeth and keep up the great work you all do!
