Not a nice staff. When my grandmother was in bad shape, we were called in the morning. They said, if we still wanted to see her, we had to come. When we finally arrived at my grandmother's, we were sent away in a not so friendly way. And they said, it's not that bad, well then they don't know their clients because it wasn't going well. Very bad business.

No one came to my mother's cremation even though they said someone would come. I had to ask myself what the reason was. I think that is a real downer if you are already sad. Really very sad.
