I’m a 17 year geriatrics LPN. St. Andrews assisted living is where I have found the best directors and staff in Colorado. The assisted living is full of amazing caregivers that have been here for years. The director Virginia is kind, hardworking and easily approachable. We have quite the team over here at St. Andrews assisted living ❣️ best staffed facility I have found in 7 years.
Trash bags busted open all over parking lot for 3 days ..reported nothing done. Poor staffing ratios and lack of communication especially in the evening/overnights. This leads to low quality patient care. 2 hr check and changes not done on a consistent basis causing skin break down. Will not turn patients w pressure sores every 2 hours. Will set food in front of patients and walk away (refuse to sit 1 on 1 or help feed) As a traveling nurse/nursing home administrator this facility is one of the worst I have been in. No heating air conditioning in room 210 & 214 while my grandmother laid there dying. Failed state inspections and fined over $7000. Upon further research theres a active lawsuit for a abuse/neglect causing death case. DO NOT RECCOMEND run the other way. Less than average.
St. ANDREWS VIllage is such an amazing community. It is one of the most compassionate communities that I have ever been to. The staff has so much passion for what they do and it is a privilege to work with them.
I’ve been coming to volunteer and attend events at St. Andrew’s Village for the past ten years. Have you seen their renovated health center? Just beautiful. The grounds are always well-kept, I’m greeted kindly each visit, and the food? Spectacular. I’d move in today if I could!
