I can't recommend the St Agnes team highly enough! We used them for home care services for my mother for a number of years. From her Care Coordinator (Jo), her RN (Sallyanne), to the lovely staff who came to her home, their care, communication, collaboration, understanding and kindness was outstanding, and all that you can hope for. I will always be grateful for their support during the difficult time of her going into residential care. I can't thank Sallyanne enough for supporting us through this process. If you are looking for an aged care support provider, you won't find any better than the St. Agnes team.
