I would like to thank Robert, Leslie, Chloe, Simone, Kerry and their teams for the care shown to my mother while she was a resident at Springwood Greens. Mum was always happy and the staff ensured that her last days were comfortable and respectful. Mum was a resident for 8 years and since Robert became Manager we noticed an improvement in staff moral. Robert is approachable, empathic and caring to both residents and their families. The facility has been there quite a while which is evident by the lovely gardens and the building has recently undergone renovations which has freshened up the place. It was nice to have Mum close to family so we could visit easily.

My Mother has been a resident for a few years now. At the age of 101 she is verfy well cared for. I cannot fault the staff at all, they are all very caring. The building might not be as new and fancy as some of the nursing homes, but its the staff that count.
Having the opportunity to write this review, I believe that there has been a significant management culture shift in the last 3 years. The culture appears to have moved to a more financially driven culture for profit first rather than the residents coming first. Consistent staff turnover. Staff numbers 'V' resident numbers consistently sees staff rushing to try to meet immediate residents needs with no time for any real personal care. No plans of action for staff retention or staff incentives when that question is raised. It must be noted that the staff there are a credit to the company and no doubt do their absolute best within their available resources.
My 87 year old mother is here for respite care. Very happy with the choice. Clean, lovely people and great food. The chef esp7is a very friendly lovely fellow.
