My dad had recent stay here after surgery for rehab. Rehab staff was amazing! Conner and Suzann spent quality time with him to get him ready to go home as quick as possible. The nursing staff also very attentive to my dad’s needs. The evening nurse, Chynniece was very sweet and always helpful! Appreciate all the staff helping make my dads short stay a good one!

I’m not sure why there are so many positive reviews. This place has really gone downhill over the years. In the past, our relative would have some of the same nurses caring for her (they all provided great care). Now, we don’t recognize any of the nurses and we have to ask for basic care to be done. Every time we visit, it’s the same issues and they don’t seem to inform you of changes, issues like they used to. We’ll find random items and clothes that don’t belong to our relative and personal care items that we bought from her that are unopened (toothpaste, mouth wash, deodorant, etc).
My sister went to work for this establishment through an agency once she arrived she was asked if she was black then told she’d have to take her bonnet off then was sent home. I asked the nurse in the presence of the DON and other nurses why her race was in question regardless if she had a head wrap/scarf/bonnet on as any race can be of a religion/culture that wears head garments & received a bs answer followed by them laughing once we let them know that was racist. We reported them and now they’re trying to lie about what happened. I have worked here before as well and would not recommend as it never seems to get better. Dirty, terrible staff especially the DON, and pts are not well taken care of.
In all my experiences with rehab, l have never seen such extensive facilities and number of therapists. The ones assigned to me are great and l really appreciate them. I feel l am making the best progress possible. I am stronger than l have been in years and l feel the therapists are a great part of it.b.
It's very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone after pm.. They just pick it up and hang it right back up. I have to go in at night to put pumps on my mom's legs right before bedtime, and they don't answer the bell so that I can get in . They don't answer the phone when I call. I had to ho to a windiw to get someones attention to let me in. The nurse last night was administering a med at 10 pm that was supposed to be given at 6 am on an empty stomach. They ignore the call bells for long periods of time. Different people give you different information about your family members care and medication. They need more communication and someone answering the phones at night. This is the 3rd time within the past few years that my mom has stayed at this facility and it has been a bad experience each time. The Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy departments are very good.
