If I could give zero stars it would still be too many. My grandmother was a resident in the memory care for years. Due to covid shut down and her not being allowed to have visitors she was very neglected. Her clothes and shoes were always lost. They removed her flat screen TV out of her room and we never could get a straight answer as to why it was taken out and where it was. When we moved her to a new facility we never got the TV back. She lost alot of weight quickly. We found out that she needed to be spoon fed. She was not being spoon fed here! The staff were rude while we were trying to get her moved and REFUSED to answer any questions we had about her care. They gave us her file and said that any questions we had would be in her file and walked back inside the building. If you love your family member, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. I feel we were lucky we got her out before it was too late. I knew something was wrong when I called to schedule a visit and they tried to tell me that she couldn't have visitors when I knew they had been allowing people to schedule visits!
Our Daughter is "only" 58 years old and has MS, She is in need of assistance and care. She is now in assisted living facility that fulfills Her needs and is a better environment than Her previous facility, the food is better, the faculty is better and She is doing better.
The staff is absolutely awful. I wonder how happy the staff would be if someone treated their loved ones the way they treat my loved one???? & the loved ones of many others. It is honestly disgusting.
The facility is always clean and smells good. The staff always greet me with a smile.
