After looking at many different facilities in the surrounding area we were very happy we came across Springpoint Living at Manalapan. My mom has been here since January and we could not be happier. The level of care and attention that she receives is fantastic. The daily activities are fun and inviting, the food offers a nice variety and is delicious. The facility is always clean and very neat. The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. We can honestly say that we feel we made the right decision with Springpoint.

The staff at Springpoint Living at Manalapan took wonderful care of our mom while she was a resident there for just over two years. They understood her unique needs and preferences and treated her with respect, dignity and humanity. At Springpoint every resident is treated like family. Most impressive was the care our mom received during her last few weeks of life. The love shown to our mom and to our family went beyond anything we could have hoped for. They supported our mom medically and provided emotional support to our family during a very stressful time. My Mom recently passed away after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. She was a resident at Springpoint Living Manalapan. The staff could not have been more compassionate and professional in her care, all the way to the end. This starts with the management and transcends to every worker at Springpoint. The facility is IMMACULATELY CLEAN. We visited Mom 3-4 times per week and were always very pleased with how they cared for her. In her final days Springpoint brought in Dove Hospice services, who was also fantastic. The is the best facility and staff that you could ever find in a memory care facility.
I'm writing this review on behalf of my father who is a new resident. He greatly appreciates that the staff, from sales to direction, nursing, aids, entertainment and dining, top down, take the time to listen to him, and treat him with respect. He feels safe, listened to and cared for. He is a fan of the food which goes a long way as well, eating in a dining room that is elegantly decorated. His room is in a great location, is very clean and has modern brand-new updates throughout. All of the facilities are new and bright and modern. The residents are friendly, and he has been able to socialize, meet new people and participate in enjoyable activities. I highly recommend Springpoint of Manalapan. My father is thriving, which is an amazing thing to see. Thank you to Springpoint!
I am so lucky to have found Springpoint Manalapan for my father’s care and well-being. We found ourselves in the unfortunate situation that my father could no longer take care of himself at home and was diagnosed with Dementia. From the moment I contacted Springpoint Manalapan to inquire as to the facility, pricing, and care levels they provide I was immediately put at ease. The Director of Sales Allison was able to answer all my questions and I made the difficult transition for our family much easier. The facility is very clean and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. The nursing staff takes excellent care of my dad and helps him out where needed. Special thanks goes out to Karissa for taking care of my dad! I would definitely recommend you check out Springpoint Manalapan if you are looking for assisted living or memory care.
