I don't know where we'd be without the help of Springpoint's services, and in particular, the help of our care manager, Bettyann Kramer-Manchin. She's been helping us for over 3 years, navigating the changes in my parents' lives as they age. Bettyann has become an indispensable (yet functional!) member of our family. Bettyann has a broad range of skills that have helped us navigate the confusing and complex logistics of dealing with an aging parent from long distance. She also has the personality to be able to engage with two very different, at times very resistant adults, and always with respect and dignity. Her patience and persistence in dealing with people have helped my brother and me to provide a much better aging experience for my parents.

For several years now, Wendy Schutzer has been the indispensable care manager of an elderly woman for whom I am health care proxy and power of attorney. Not only has Wendy compassionately coordinated all of my friend's in-home care, she has taken charge all of her health care appointments, housing issues and personal concerns as well. Because I do not live near my friend, I appreciate Wendy's "can-do" attitude when problems arise. By handling various household issues as well as by hiring and coordinating repair people, Wendy also has saved me a great deal of time and frustration. I also rely on Wendy's excellent communication with the constant written assessments and updates she provides. Additionally, Wendy is very caring and understanding regarding the needs of elderly people overall. My friend has expressed her gratefulness for Wendy's kind friendship and her enjoyment of Wendy's company as the two of them often share lunch outings after a doctor appointment. I truly appreciate compassionate, friendly and thorough care that Wendy continues to provide not only to my dear friend but to me as well! She is wonderful!
