Well maintained, great people. Degree of ownership. The best neighborhood I have ever lived in.
Great place to live. Senior community with no children. Quite, safe, gated, not to far from everything but far enough away from everyone if you like to visit big towns but not live in them.
Very nice assisted living center. I know a few residents here who are overall verry happy. There are nice apartments nearby for those independent folks who want a little more space and not yet ready for full assisted living.
Been to a couple of estate sales here. If you need a place to park a senior, it seems like a good place to park 'em.
