When my husband and I decided it was time to downsize, a Springhill Garden Home was first on our list of retirement homes. With having my mother living in a Springhill residential apartment for the past 13 years, the decision was easy. The campus is beautiful inside and out, and our Garden home was completely updated. There are so many inside amenities, a such fitness center, swimming pool, library, and an renovated dining facility. Outside, the grounds are beautiful with a winding walkway leading to a gazebo, butterfly garden and lovely pond. The staff members here are an outstanding group of people. They go over and above, to met all of our needs. We are so happy that we made this our home.

My husband, David and I moved into a Springhill garden home late summer of 2024. We love our new home and can’t believe the wonderful new friends we have met. As we’ve aged, we wanted to be somewhere safe and secure; we found Springhill to be such a place. The staff was so helpful to get us settled and acclimated to our new surroundings. We feel very fortunate to be at Springhill. Lenora Lewis
The entire staff was attentive to our questions and concerns, from our first inquiry to post-move-in. This includes sales, housekeeping, maintenance, and people affiliated with the gym, pool, and social aspects of Springhill. My Dad is doing very well in his apartment and he enjoys living there.
While it is never easy to accept the fact of inevitable aging, planning for the future provides control and, ultimately, freedom. Moving to Springhill was one of the best decisions my husband and I made almost seven years ago. The campus is beautiful and well-maintained, the associates like family, and management sensitive to addressing not only physical but also intellectual, and spiritual needs of its residents.
We moved to a garden home at Springhill in 2023 and are loving it. We are new retirees and wanted to move to Erie to be closer to family. We are glad that we did it sooner rather than later. We are just as active as we've always been, and Springhill keeps us in shape physically and mentally with a fully equipped gym, indoor pool, walking path around a beautiful pond, library, chapel, yoga, and exercise classes. The campus is immaculate, and all the associates are fantastic. We've made new friends and reconnected with old friends in Erie. It's a relief to never have to buy a new roof, water heater, furnace, or appliances, and to not have to take care of lawn or snow removal. We feel very spoiled.
