Springfield Senior Living Community has provided our 92 year old mother with a change of scenery, new friends, activities and overall very empathtic care. Honorable mention to Alex Berol -Admission's Director-who provided me with a very understanding and supportive ear prior to mom's admission. In addition, the gentlemen who cleans the first floor lobby takes tremendous pride in his work. Our mother was glued to the television at home and presently she is experiencing no screen time. Hopefully, this will change some when her television is connected to the cable network. Prior to her admission our mother experienced numerous challenges with her asthma since her admission two weeks ago no attacks. This is A gorgeous Assisted living facility. I have checked out quite a few for my uncle and sprinfield is by far the most stunning. they have great staff very exciting activities they even have a little shop! to go shopping for the basics/snacks!
My grandfather was a resident here and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this facility! When my grandfather wasn’t able to live alone anymore, I came across Springfield Senior Living. The rooms are very spacious and appear to be recently updated. The staff members were very accommodating and made sure to make him feel comfortable and more at home. His quality of life really improved because he was able to get around so much easier and was able to socialize with the other residents. My grandfather would also tell me how friendly and wonderful the staff was and that he was happy there which put our family minds at ease. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for their family member.
Springfield Senior Living has been providing excellent care to my Aunt, the staff is wonderful! The facilities are kept very clean.
