My experience at Springfield Rehab has been positive. All the staff... the room cleaner, the aides, nurses, social services... have been polite and caring. I came for Physical Therapy which has been excellent. PT and OT staff and the bright gym make the workouts pleasant. I would recommend Springfield Rehab to those looking for temporary assistance with PT and OT.

My mother has been at Springfield Manor for rehab after a fall. The entire staff has been supportive of her progress. I commend JoAnn Young Director of Nursing for communicating her progress. Weekly Sara and therapy keep me informed of her activity trends. Robin in the Admin office has been so responsive to any inquiries. The rooms are clean-Kevin’s does an excellent job. The nursing staff and aides are very empathetic to the patients and their families. We have been very happy with Springfield Manor.
The therapy staff was phenomenal. Can’t say how great they were with my mom. As far as the day to day care that the aides provide, have someone there with your loved one all the time. Tierre and Wendy were awesome. Rita and Dee, not so much. Lazy, unprofessional and just miserable. Hope my mom never has to go back to this pit.
When I knew I was having a knee replacement in October,I called Samantha who is the head of the therapy department to tell her I wanted to come back for therapy.I was here the previous year and I was so impressed at how they motivated and cheered me on.Being at other rehabs in the area I felt they offered more equipment and one on one therapy.They took the time to listen to my needs, answered all my questions.I worked very hard thru all the pain to get walking again.I could never have come this far without the great staff.Thank you Sam and Gabbie for pushing me and encouraging me to keep going.I am having my other knee replacement next year and I will be back.
My father received care at Springfield Rehabilitation for a little over a month and we were very happy with his care. The staff went above and beyond to provide him great service. Many would stop in just to say hello and check on my dad throughout the day. His room was always clean and the food service was very helpful by being flexible to his dietary needs. Thank you to the entire staff and those special people who treated us like family. We are forever grateful.
