My mother just left after of being there for 46 days after being released from the hospital. Upon arriving, obviously being very overwhelming for us being the first time experiencing a rehab facility, Anne was a comforting face as your entered, and continued to be during our stay. There were great things about the place, and not so great things. Great things: The PT and OT were amazing and worked with my mom to get her back to where she needed to be. Cleanliness of the facility was good. Katie D. and Brianna, the concierge team, were very resourceful. Unfortunately, there are some downfalls to each facility. Families~ you have to advocate for your loved-one. Some of the aides are not prompt when a room request is made ( like will not show up), nor had the TLC bedside manners with the residents. So much so, yes, we did report this. Keep a journal of your stay; document everything. Tierre and Wendy... Thank you VERY Much for being amazing. This is long-winded, but accurate.

Springfield Crossing Senior Living is a wonderful place for seniors to call home. The community is vibrant and welcoming, with a wide range of activities and amenities that cater to all interests. The staff is professional, compassionate, and always ready to assist with a smile. My father has been living here for over a year, and I have seen a significant improvement in his overall well-being. The peace of mind knowing he is in such good hands is priceless. Thank you, Springfield Crossing, for providing such excellent care!
I have to say the team at Springfield went above and beyond taking extra special care of my husband Paul. The front desk clerks were very welcoming, the Physical Therapy Team pushed my husband who could not walk at all when he arrived to walking with a walker, the nurses and his aides were supportive and attentive. The Social Worker, Sara, gave me an update each week and the janitorial service washed and cleaned the floors each day. All in all, food service was sufficient and I'd bring my husband in a meal he was in the mood for a few times a week. Thank you for taking great care of my husband!
I have been working at Springfield crossings for seven years,I must say it is one of the best facilities in Delaware county. Our residents is our number one priority,our staff is very caring and provide our residents with the best care possible. Our administrator is the best,she cares about the residents and will go above and beyond to ensure that they are happy and safe,she also makes sure her staff is very well equipped to take care of our residents,she’s always just a phone call away if we need anything,we really appreciate her. Springfield Crossings is really a nice clean place to bring your love ones,you will not be disappointed.

The facilities are clean, modern, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and safe environment. My mother has been happier and more active since moving here, participating in various activities and making new friends.
