Could not have asked for a better experience. This was my first time renting on my own, I lived in a townhouse here. You cannot beat the price for this much space in this area. Very clean, maintenance was always prompt to fix/address anything I asked about. Connie & Dwight are both very kind, professional, and care about their residents well being. Honestly wish I could take this place with me when I go. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, but especially if you’re nervous about renting for the first time.
I moved back to Ohio after being gone for 10 years. I found Springcrest Apartments online. I reached out to Connie. She and Dwight went above and beyond to make sure my apartment would be ready to welcome me HOME. I absolutely love it and if I have any questions or concerns they are both right on top of it.
Connie and Dwight are the best apartment crew I’ve experienced. Connie, the property manager, always gets back to you right away and helps to find the best solutions possible! Dwight, the maintenance man, is so friendly and stops to say hi and checks in on my son every time I see him. Anytime I have a maintenance issues he usually comes either that day or the next day. I haven’t had any issues in the 2 years I’ve been here and they definite make it easy to stay!
I think maintenance completed maybe 1 out of 20 work orders in full within the first year. Constantly had to call him back over after rigging stuff with cheap parts, went an entire winter without properly running heat, bill was almost 200 a month due to maintenance not fixing our unit. Space heater given to us for our 2 floor apartment..my 2 year old was cold all winter. Absolutely unacceptable. Just another rats nest off vine. 0/5 for us. Nothing but fake smiles and empty promises from management.
