My family just loved Spring Oak Berlin. From day one when we walked through with Sherry and Taylor, we knew this was the place for my grandmother. Unfortunately my grandmom only lived there 9 weeks before passing away, but her time there was wonderful! She absolutely loved it and the friends she made while living there. My 7 year old became “besties” with Miss Taylor. Toni at the front desk was always so friendly. Amanda, Lloyd, Kathy, Carol, Carmella…all took such good care of my grandmother. We are forever grateful for the 9 weeks we had there and highly recommend it to anyone!

My father has been living at Spring Oak Berlin for about 2 months now and I see him thriving. He is making lots of new friends. The staff is very friendly as they’re always interacting with the residents keeping them active and engaged. It’s been a blessing. Thank You.
The residence is nice and just the right size. It’s clean, quiet and in a safe neighborhood. The staff here are very kind and responsive. If there are any issues, they respond quickly. Everyone from the receptionists (Toni & Candy), to the administration Sheri and Taylor ,the food service , maintenance and housekeeping staff are great.We are kept informed of my aunt’s care and she seems happy. I’m glad she’s at Spring Oak.
My mom Jean has been living here at Spring Oak Assisted Living of Berlin for 4 years now and she is very happy with her care. She has a really nice living space and bathroom that fits her needs. I feel very safe knowing that she is cared for 24/7. All of the facilitators are caring and compassionate my mom loves her new home.
I want to thank the entire staff of Spring Oak at Berlin for the excellent care they took of my Dad. He recently passed away, but couldn't have asked for a more caring and compassionate staff. His aides and Nurses went above and beyond and the the director, Sherry, is hands on and very much involved in the daily ins and outs of the facility. In addition to the caring staff, the facility is well maintained and very clean. Highly recommend!
