Food was always cold. Pain meds were always late. One day, I had to wait for over 2 hours for my pain meds, and my pain by then was at a 10! Way room was set up was AWFUL! Never again.

My mom was in rehab for about six weeks. She had great nurses and assistants. I don’t have everyone’s name but Daviana, Marantha, Ellen, Kay were all excellent. I want to acknowledge Jessica especially bc she was very good w my mom. Even went and bought her some clothes. I appreciate you all taking car of my mom!
Worse place ever I would not recommend at all. Receptionist Adrianna is nice and helpful. They do not have enough staff to cover the amount of patients they have especially on the first floor. My Mom laid in her own feces for hours before someone came in to assist. If I knew my Mom would not be getting the type of care she needed I would not had chosen this facility at all. The food was horrible. She stayed for 20 days to learn how to get her balance back. The rehab was horrible my Mom wasn't able to regain her strength back until she came home. She is now able to walk on her walker .
My dad has been at Spring Mill for a year and a half. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. With all of the procedures due to COVID, we are always well-informed on how we can visit and drop things off. There have been daily texts and emails for months now, which is nice to know they are keeping up with everything going on. We are always informed of things we should be. Any issues we have had have been addressed and resolved. I really appreciate all they do to keep my father safe and healthy. I would highly recommend this facility for your loved one.
My loved one is at Spring Mill for physical therapy. I had a challenging time find a good facility in which he and our family felt comfortable. I had many questions and concerns as I had never been in charge of finding to a rehab facility before. On my 1st phone call to Spring Mill, I spoke with Lindsay Arthur who is the Director of Admissions. She has been extremely helpful throughout the admission process as I was lost in the paperwork and necessary requirements. I was very stressed and overwhelmed trying to do what is usually handled by the hospital discharge nurse. I conveyed my confusion and she gave me her personal contact info right away in case I had questions or concerns. She has from that moment on been a lifesaver.. prompt and attentive to my loved one's stay..making sure he's comfortable and I am well informed regarding his care. If you must seek a rehab, I strongly recommend Spring Mill and make sure to seek out Lindsay (her help and caring nature is invaluable) I hope Spring Mill meadows knows what a God send Lindsay Arthur has been to me and our family in this time of need...Thanks Lindsay!!!!
