My father was previously in another rehab facility before, where I was less than impressed. So going to visit today wasn't sure what to expect. It is hands down better than the previous place he had to stay. The staff seems way more attentive, and his needs taking care of. While no one wants to be put there loved one away from home, I can sleep easier knowing his accomodations are much better than the previous facility.

I have been to Spring Meadows to service patients who were on service with my hospice agency. The staff always have smiles on their faces and treat the residents there like family. So, when my mother was in need of rehabilitation following her hospital stay, the only place my sisters and I wanted her to be was Spring Meadows. They did not disappoint. They took excellent care of my mother. It was hard not being able to stay with her through the night like we did when she was in the hospital but the staff was so loving and caring everyone put my sisters and I at ease with the loving and attentive care she received. We thank everyone for your professional and compassionate care. It was so very nice that even though I have a professional relationship with the staff through my job, when my mother was here everyone treated me and my sisters like family. When I 1st came here, I saw an older building and began wondering what had I done bringing my wife here. HOWEVER, right away the nurses were bending over backwards to help her out and to make her comfortable. We have been here a little over 3 weeks now and the care exhibited has been tremendous. I have watched the nurses with other people also trying to take care of everyone’s needs. I would recommend this place.
I have been in every rehab facility in Clarksville. Spring Meadows is by far the best rehab I have been in, in the last 3 and a half years living here. Not only is Spring Meadows clean, everyone that I have talked to has been kind, from the Admins all the way downs to all workers here. Thank you Spring Meadows for being so kind!!
My mom has been there for 2 years with dementia. I have had great experiences with most of the staff. They are very friendly and allow my 11 year old to make great memories with his grammy there. They allow him to play piano for her and enjoy bingo together. Some concerns I've had with medication, diet and incontinence have been heard and always handled professionally and in a timely manner. I hope my mom will live out her years in happiness there.
