Working at Spring Hill in Morristown was by far one of the most disorganized and unprofessional experiences of my career. What should have been a meaningful and respectful workplace quickly became a chaotic environment driven by poor leadership, unethical behavior, and constant favoritism. The direction of the building is incredibly disrespectful and unclear. Staff are constantly given conflicting or last-minute orders, and expected to meet unrealistic demands without proper communication or support. It’s a revolving door of confusion with no accountability from management. One of the biggest issues is the lack of supplies. We rarely had the cleaning products or tools needed to do our jobs properly. I had to spend my own money twice to buy cleaning supplies because the company card was locked and no one did anything to resolve it. This wasn’t a one-time issue — it was a pattern of neglect. Laundry operations were a disaster. Items were rarely cleaned properly, if at all. Residents’ clothes and linens were often returned in unacceptable condition, which raises serious concerns about infection control and overall care quality. The environment is also filled with toxic favoritism. To be completely honest, one person was hired and fast-tracked into a promotion solely because of her romantic relationship with the director’s son. Meanwhile, dedicated and hardworking employees were overlooked, dismissed, or pushed out. Hard work and experience meant nothing — connections and favoritism ruled the building. On top of that, the Director of Housekeeping spent most of his shift sitting downstairs, avoiding work and pushing his responsibilities onto others. It got so bad that it led to a mass quitting spree of employees who were tired of being used and disrespected. There was no support from leadership — only blame-shifting and power games. To make matters worse, the Executive Director often spoke horribly about residents’ families and their financial situations, freely and without concern for privacy or basic decency. It created an extremely toxic and unprofessional atmosphere, especially for those of us who genuinely cared about the residents. In short, Spring Hill Morristown is plagued by poor management, disrespect, favoritism, and neglect. I would not recommend this facility to anyone — not as an employee and especially not as a place of care for a loved one.

My mom moved in 2 weeks ago. The staff has been so helpful in getting her acclimated. So far, I'm very impressed with everyone I've connected with there, from nursing director, to community relations director to activities coordinator. I feel that my mother is in a great place where she will be cared for and can partake in activities of her choosing. She says the food is terrific, so that's great to hear! I'm so glad I reached out to Spring Hills when I realized it was the right time to think about assisted living for my mother.
My Mom is at Spring Hills and enjoys the many social activities. Our family is impressed with the high level of communication and service. We easily schedule transportation for Mom to medical offices. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff helped us get through the move in process very well and is always there ready to help us.
My sister is a resident there. It is a very nice place. All staff is friendly and accommodating. I am happy she is safe and well cared for. Alisa Beckett was very helpful with the admission process I am grateful for her assistance.
I've had a great experience with this company. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and professional. They really seem to care about their residents and go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.
