Spring Haven is an exceptional place. When I first went into the facility to talk with them about an apartment for my wife, I was taken aback by every single person I either met or observed. Regardless of their position, everyone working there treats each resident as if they are the most important person they know. It was heartwarming to watch all the interactions between residents and the staff. I knew immediately that this would be THE place for my wife, and she agreed. The residents have a wonderful selection of activities in which they can join. And the food… all I can say is it is outstanding.

I was too young at heart for those oldd folks there. Too bad ... they had great programs. And 3 cheers to Felix in maintenance. He loves his job and was never lazy. We'll miss each other.
My Nana lives here and I’m beyond pleased with the in’s and out’s of it. Every single staff member I’ve interacted with is exceptionally polite and thorough. Kindness and patience are in excess here and the whole place is very clean. Honorable mention is the maintenance employee Felix; exceptionally polite, competent, and reliable. I live over an hour away from my Nana and I feel so much better knowing there are accountable people involved in her care and apartment maintenance.
I have been here for almost two months and we have had a few hiccups but the admin team has taken care of everything. Matt and Tricia and their staff are awesome people with our best interests at heart. I am in assisted living and I would never select another location to live. In my opinion if you are looking for assistant living, independent living or memory care I would highly recommend this community.
