Very dirty, out of date the bed my mom had looked like a little doll bed for a child, I had some rude experiences while there visiting her, no TV for them in there rooms so she had nothing to do, had asked for her toe nails to be cut they said she was on a waiting list well they did not cut them before she got to come home, did not all of her clothes that I took into her and she left with someone else's shirt on, I could go on. There were some nice staff members but not all. I will never put any of my family members in there ever again! Unfortunately hospital just send your love ones wherever and didn't have a chance to look at the place.

It’s not the worst and it’s not the best the three aides/nurses my family interacted with were very pleasant and kind. The facility has a bit of an order. My sister who is at the rehab is a bit vocal and has had two bad experiences, but she filed complaints against two individuals. If your relative is not vocal I suggest making sure someone advocates for them. They were laxed on bathing! My sister is a very clean person and it bothered her. Otherwise it’s an ok option. Like I said not the worst, not the best, but most were very kind.
Recently visited for first time. Clean and pleasant atmosphere. Staff was welcoming, caring, and knowledgeable about loved one's needs. Semi-private room more spacious than others I've visited. Lots of cheerful decorations and activity for the holidays. Residents appear well cared for. Didn't know what to expect but feel encouraged by the surroundings and overall atmosphere.
Your physical therapist Seph and Jalen have been wonderful as well as very patient with Chuck who is bedfast. They are getting him up in a sitting position and patiently working with him tirelessly to help him gain strength. He is very slowly doing better with their help and encouragement. I certainly rate them 5 plus stars. Fred
My brother is currently a patient in Rehab Inpatient, the staff were professional & courteous. Answered my concerns, he's happy also... Praying he gets better & can return home. 🙂
