Wickshire Creeks Crossing is a wonderful place to consider if you’re ever looking for a home for your love one when you're unable to safely care for him/her at home. Wickshire Creeks Crossing staff is amazing. Most of the staff genuinely cares about the residents and their well-being. Residents have the opportunity to engage in physical activities and other recreational activities. My mother has been a resident for 15 months and I'm glad she’s surrounded with a caring staff.

My mother was a resident before her recent passing and received exceptional care. The entire staff is wonderful from the admin staff, the support staff and especially the direct care providers. My mother was always treated with kindness, respect and compassion and the staff was very attentive to her needs. Wickshire Crossings is a wonderful facility and I’m grateful my mother was a resident there for almost 4 years.
My mother was transferred to Wickshire Creeks Crossing during the COVID pandemic shutdown and I was very concerned since family could not visit nor help her adjust to new surroundings. The staff was very helpful and available during the transition. The caregivers have been so compassionate and kind that she loves her "New Home." She is in the memory care unit and every caregiver I meet treats her like she's family and they love on her daily. Her eyes light up when they walk in her room. This move has been a blessing to our family and gives us peace because of the special care she receives. The facility is spotless and every well managed with residents care always the first priority.
The facility hosted our entire family for my grandmother’s birthday. The Creative Director (I apologize for not remembering her name) was phenomenal! She was hospitable, kind and so supportive. The facility was clean and inviting. Thank you for allowing my family to honor our matriarch.
The staff is kind and very attentive. They have made sure my mom's stay has been nothing but comfortable. Anytime I call or reach out they are always on top of things for us, even down to the kitchen staff nothing but excellence!!!
