My mom has been at Spring Arbor for over a year now. She is 92. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff who care for her. The facility is clean and decorated beautifully. The activity director schedules many things for the residents to participate in each week. I also appreciate the administrators at Spring Arbor. They are very professional, yet are there for you if you have a question or concern about your loved one. They additionally offer hair and nails and a very caring nurse and PA on staff.

Spring Arbor is not just an assisted living community, it's a home. A newly refurbished home. A home to many residents with interesting stories to tell about their lives. It's also a family. The staff is very attentive to the resident's needs, and they participate in many of the activities offered. Overall, it's a great place to live and work.
I am currently working at spring arbor for 1 year now & I have to say that I grew love/care for the residents/staff since I’ve been here … the staff are AMAZING . It is one of the best places to work/ or bring your loved ones for professional, loving , health care !
Spring Arbor is a wonderful community. You can tell the staff really care for the residents. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. There are many activities and events residents are able to participate in.
My father was in the Cottages at Spring Arbor. The staff mean well and are kind However, my dad had a fall and it was not handled well. He was taken to the ER and sent back. Staff did not communicate the seriousness of his condition. Despite no head injury or signs of a stroke he was not very responsive. They didn’t call his doctor to report that he was unable to take his meds. He went from walking and talking one day to barely responsive/unresponsive the next. I don’t know what really happened or how long he may have been on the floor before he was found.
