As a medical provider to nursing home facilities, I found Spring Arbor of Williamsburg to be one of the best I have ever visited. The guest bathrooms were spotless and the beautiful facility was well kept. The staff were extremely helpful and Kimberly even made a tedious phone call about a Medicare inquiry for me. Another staff member saw that my water bottle was out of water and without even asking me, she brought me two cold bottled waters from their fridge. I highly recommend this facility and would entrust my loved ones in their excellent hands.

The staff were the worst part of this place. Although a few were kind and professional, many were uncaring and dismissive. One nurse in particular was mean to my mother and often made her cry. In addition, she was very rude and nasty to me. My mother, who was a happy person before we convinced her to move into assisted living, lived at Spring Arbor Williamsburg just over three months before dying of a catastrophic stroke, which I attribute to her ongoing distress about the way she was treated.
This facility has horrible management! If you have a problem forget talking to anyone because your problems and concerns will go unresolved! The way they talk to you is beyond rude and the care my lives one revived was horrible! I’m glad to have gotten my family meme her out of there in a hurry!
I will always be grateful to the wonderful staff at Spring Arbor. When it became necessary for my mother to go into an at home hospice program Spring Arbor took on more duties and worked out a care schedule that enabled her to remain a Spring Arbor resident in her home of nearly 10 years. The entire staff treated her and our family with love, respect and kindness.
Mom has been living at Spring Arbor of Williamsburg for 4 years and has enjoyed the care, companionship and peace of mind she has experienced there. We her family are impressed with the individuals who provide consistent support to her for daily living needs: nourishment, medical attention, and personal care. The facility is well maintained, beautifully designed and decorated. It is close to us and so we are able to visit often (pre-Covid-19 restrictions) which is reassuring and healthful for the family. The staff are kind and capable, they are communicative and responses. We are happy the selection of Spring Arbor has worked so well for mom and for her “kids”. We recommend you check out Spring Arbor for yourself or a family member’s assisted living needs.
