My family and I were caring for an elderly couple in 2016 that were like family to us. Both had a brief stay at Spring Arbor that year. She passed 3 months after leaving. He had been diagnosed with dementia and after his wife passed we struggled with how to ensure he was taken care of daily, while we worked or had to be out of town. Spring Arbor to the rescue! The staff literally welcomed him back with open arms, hugs, and smiles. The staff treated him like their father and grandfather. This was his “home” for six and a half years. The staff are wonderful at making every holiday and occasion special…even if he didn’t want to.😊 If we ever had issues or questions, they always worked with us to find a resolution. We lost him in May of this year and we can’t express the gratitude and appreciation we will always have for Spring Arbor. My family and I all agree, we had him with us as long as we did, because of the care he received at Spring Arbor. We understand the guilt and thought process that goes into placing a loved one in an assisted living facility, but we have no regrets for choosing Spring Arbor. No place is home, but Spring Arbor is as close as it gets.❤️
I recently moved my mom after an extensive stay at a different location, I have to say from my first meeting with Tara C. I knew I had found the perfect place for my mom. The staff continues to amaze me at their level of care, compassion, and true love for not only my mom but all their residents. Everyone there is truly exceptional at their job and deserve to be commended. My sincere thanks to all the staff at Spring Arbor. You are the true heroes as my mom feels finally at peace and at home.
Spring Arbor of Albemarle has been a blessing to our family. Our Mother receives wonderful personal care which gives us peaceful reassurance that she is being loved and cared for as if she were living with family. We couldn’t be more happy with the service and the loving atmosphere supplied.
We recently move my father-in-law to Spring Arbor and cannot say enough good things about them! They walked us through a VERY stressful situation and made everything easy and positive. Everyone is friendly, he's getting excellent care and he is so relaxed! He feels right at home Thank you Tara and all the employees!
