I am a new resident here at The Elms, and after a terrible experience at another nursing facility, it’s refreshing to come to a place where I finally feel at home. I’m being treated so well, my months of torment are just a distant memory. My family placed our mother here years earlier and we were satisfied with her care at that time as well. I expect to be happy here for a long time.
Some things i love about The Elms: Communication, the leadership, teamwork, cleanliness, organization. Everyone makes you feel like family. The residents are always smiling, and happy due to our amazing Activities team. Exceptional care to our patients and loving, caring staff! I would recommend The Elms to any of my family that is in need of care.
My sister stayed here for her final days while on Hospice. The staff was kind and considerate. All her needs were met and in a timely manner. Providing care is stressful and many times goes un-rewarded. All I can offer is a thanks to everyone who helped care for my sister in her final days. No one at the Elms ever made us feel like we were being a burden even though my sister required a lot of hands on care.
Awesome home town facility that cares for their residents like family. The nursing staff are kind, caring and ensure your needs are met during your stay whether it be for Rehab or long term. The Activity staff keep the residents smiling and laughing with all they have to offer, they especially Love karaoke!! ❤️
