We have now changed care providers for the third time and are now finally very happy with everything :) The employees and the bosses take care of everything. You only have to call once and someone will be helped, which is really great 👍🏻 They also adjust the times and are always on time. If it gets later we are notified, which is also very, very important to me. My grandpa and grandma are happy when someone from the social center comes. Many thanks and best regards to the great team!

Just for housekeeping, it was okay, depending on who came. It was assured that things would continue after the vacation. But only after 2 weeks and multiple attempts to contact did anyone reply to say that they had no capacity. So 6 weeks were wasted in which you could hire another care service.
