I am changing the wording of this review to be very specific. I'm going to start right off stating I have called CSI previously nothing has been done & they have not returned my calls. This place is not safe for elderly people with mobility issues. The elevators are down constantly often both at the same time they have been down for months at a time. When people need to go get groceries or they need to go pick up their medications they need to do their laundry this causes a lot of trouble for people with mobility issues to try to take the stairs. This also causes them to have to spend excessive amounts of money on DoorDash or Uber eats in order to obtain food. Continuing to wear dirty clothes because they're unable to do laundry. When they are able to do laundry it is very likely that their laundry will come up missing. I have entered the laundry room & caught people going through a 77-year-old residence belongings then they tried to turn it to they were searching through the laundry to make sure it wasn't MY laundry. that is ridiculous. other residents have also brought this to the owner's attention that clothing has been stolen. If I try to take the person's clothing home or the laundromat & wash it in a safer environment & I try to come back into the building to return the clothing to the rightful owner Im told I am bringing my own laundry into the building. I was asked if I seen someone enter an apartment they were robbed!! This place is full of bullies because this co-op does not work as it should The committee is very biased & they go according to their friends feelings gossip that swirls around nothing to keep things fair and square. The current committee oddly does so many inspections for bed bugs & the state required inspections which are an extreme invasion of privacy however a necessary evil. The committee does not deal properly with bed bugs when they find bed bugs on the 12th floor & the 11th floor they should immediately treat those floors when the team that comes out with their dogs alerts them where the bed bugs are located. They do not! I've watched it slowly come down the floors. Currently the lobby 1st floor seating area is infested with bed bugs The chairs were turned upside down for a long time which we all know that does not kill bed bugs. then the chairs were thrown out. It's ridiculous to turn them upside down so people can't sit on them however the bedbugs just spread now people are not there for them to feed on so they're going to go into the first floor people's homes where they can find the food they seek. There was an apartment The lady was in the hospital & they went through her apartment tossed all her belongings out due to bed bugs. What they need to do is when they find there is an apartment with bed bugs or the lobby is filled with bed bugs they need to treat immediately to kill the bed bugs they need to follow the team that comes out alerts them to where the bed bed bugs are, treat to get rid of these bed bugs ASAP! The final item is safety there were YOUNG men roving the halls for over an hour they are observed on cameras in the community center for over an hour they were going through the halls the committee in the office HAS CAMERAS however when you see something on cameras like this you should warn your tenants over the intercom to go in their apartment and lock their door and not to open it for anybody they do not know. They should also have called the police to come and discover what was going on with these people running through the hallways and through the community center. THE WAY THEY HARASS ME. These men eventually went into the laundry room and rip the change machine off the wall taking a huge chunk of the wall with them & walked out the door. The fact that this was not handled or reported for 2 weeks. The tenants safety was not considered. The catalytic converters are stolen off of cars in the parking lot however they follow me around as I'm doing laundry and cleaning up and harass me and bully me 50+older lady?

Terrible place! The officers that run the place are unprofessional. They should not be playing favorites and sharing private issues of residents. I personally saw bullying and heard gossip that is completely uncalled for. There are appointed liaisons, to help with issues. But, no changes have happened because of friendships. This committee structure they have implemented doesn’t really work at this location. Not all activities are free by the way even though csi is paying for it. The committee charges a fee to attend. Some of the other reviews I read talked about theft. Yes that does happen here. There is also open smoking of marijuana inside and outside the building. Senior living places are supposed to be a kind place, something that makes seniors feel cared for. After all a lot of seniors don’t get visitors. It’s too bad this place doesn’t focus more on helping seniors build friendships and more free activities to keep them busy. I am truly disappointed with this place. Please believe what I say. You don’t want your loved one living here.
y mom lived there for several years and people's that had keys to their own apartment would use their own keys to Walk in other people's Apt s and I know that someone stole my mom's jewelry. I don't think it's a safe place for any senior lady to live there by themselves. My mother has passed away last December and I over heard a few ladies saying that was such a sad place to live in. Breaks my heart for the one's that live there now. There will be a 0 rating for me.
I went and looked at these apartments and they are very cute however not much storage a small closet in the bedroom and small pantry off the kitchen, I would still consider these apartments I was told buy a couple people there the elevators are down all the time also their bus for the community is quite wore out therefore residents have to depend on other sources of Transportation. I understand there is a new person in the office now that is doing quite a good job of updating and changing things so I would consider these apartments .
For some reason, there is no longer any visitor parking on this property. Whenever I visit my father, I have to park in the CVS lot next door. This is terribly inconvenient and unsafe. There is no guarantee my car won't get ticketed, towed, or vandalized. Plus, it's quite a walk if it happens to be raining and/or cold. If we do go out somewhere, I either have to drive back around to pick him up or he has to walk over with me to my car. With so many empty parking spaces on property, plus several vehicles I saw with expired plates, it makes no sense why they can't spare a handful of spaces to allow for visitor parking.
