I have served my country and in need of some assistance. I called the ADA and told them where I live. They looked up my area and gave me the number to this place. I have had utter failure trying to get ahold of someone for more than two weeks. At first their phone system did not work. Now after leaving a message no one calls back. The ADA said if I have any problems call them back a let them know. Guess what? after this review I will be calling the ADA and telling them... what a waste of time. Again we see people unable to do the task put before them. Seek help somewhere else.

I'm disappointed. I need assistance and this agency was assigned. Unfortunately I have yet to get assistance 😕. My value of life is affected and depression has set in severely..I no longer like it here
