Mum has been a resident here for a few months. The staff are caring and attentive, facilities are excellent and there is always something for mum to do. It's a hard decision you make when finding residential care for an ageing parent and there are some horror stories out there, but as a family we are more than happy to visit mum and leave knowing she's well cared for. Of the most importance is that mum is very happy there. Great work Mt Carmel.

Had same experience as Kym reviewed 3 years ago. It hasn’t improved. My father came in for respite and we were told to pick him up the next morning as he didn’t settle. They didn’t give him a chance.
Thank you to every staff member at Mount Carmel. My Father recently passed away after receiving the most dignified palliative care. All staff were so supportive to my Mother( she is also a resident) and all of our family . After my Father passed the support to her continued with the most genuine heartfelt care. I can highly recommend Mount Carmel for all reasons mentioned along with the cleanliness of the entire home.
