Fantastic! For the first time in months I didn't have to worry about my mum. From the moment she arrived I knew she was in good hands and in the right place . I was kept informed about everything. They were a phone call away and not once did I feel like I was a nuisance. The level of care, compassion and dedication from them all was phenominal. Thank you to you all :)

My mother was able to stay at Labrina Village for which she greatly enjoyed the experience during her time there. The staff were friendly, helpful and caring, looking out for her special needs at the time that she really needed alot of help and assistance. She also loved the other residents, enjoying her time at the meals being able to talk to the other residents and interacting with them. The facility was very nice, with nice spacious room with all the required equipment including private bathroom. All the equipment was great, nothing old or bad. Alot of thanks to Toby, Wendy, Anima, Sue, Julie and all the other great staff, who really helped my wife and I while my mother was there. Really recommended. Note: Susan from the placement team at Southern Cross was exceptional as well.

Wanted mum to go here , we missed out because mum had to stay in hospital . Looked really nice
