In my 20 years of Senior Apartment living, the manager of South Pointe Senior Apartments is the best one I've ever had. Jeff understands and works well with Seniors which has not always been my experience in previous apartments. He is kind, patient, and respectful of the residents. He communicates and disseminates information about what is happening in a timely, precise manner that everyone can understand and keeps us updated. He is very organized and helpful, the property is well managed. Jeff has a delightful sense of humor with an upbeat personality that makes you comfortable to be a part of this community. I am so happy to be living here, I love my apartment, the building is well kept, the staff are amazing, efficient, helpful and friendly. I am very pleased with my experience at South Pointe Senior Apartments.

A quiet, reasonably well-maintained residence for seniors. The apartments are conveniently sized for someone who doesn't want a big place. Snow plowing of the parking lot is terrible, quite honestly. Snow can accumulate for days before they do anything about it. There are a number of garage spaces available. On the first floor of the building, there is a lounge area for residents to gather in. There is no pool or outdoor activity area. However, the building does offer an outdoor seating area near the lounge.
It's great that SS will be up 8.75%. Too bad rent has gone up 20% . Happy New Year to all of the residents in fixed incomes.
Beautiful apartments with patios, many amenities and activities, close to shopping.
Friend lives here. Nice, newer building. No smoking aloud on the property
